​ARE SHOES ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?

Yes, but we ask that clients do not wear outside shoes inside the studio. We do have limited pairs of disposable slippers for clients, however, we recommend you bring an extra pair of clean shoes to the studio or clean socks. If we identify shoe prints on the floor and it's not cleaned there will be a cleaning fee.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Our address is 713 Minnehaha Ave E STE 218, St Paul, MN 55106. You can also type in DreamLee Artistry in Google Maps and it should lead you to the same place. Our studio building is a big red building with a big LEASING sign on top and is near Payne Ave and Arcade St. We are located on the second floor of the building, room 218.

WHAT DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO WHEN WE BOOK YOUR STUDIO?

You'll have access to the whole studio EXCEPT Beautylisway studio. You are more than welcome to use any props and equipment to help you with your session. However, we ask that you put things back where you find them to prevent any fees.

HOW DO WE ACCESS THE STUDIO AFTER WE BOOK YOUR STUDIO?

We will be sending you the studio access information via email two hours before your session. Make sure to check all of your inboxes from primary to spam for our email. Please read the email carefully as well.

DO YOU HAVE A CHANGING AREA/ROOM?

We DO NOT have a changing area/room. We do have a changing pop-up tent inside the studio that clients can use, however, outfit changes will generally be done in the restroom.​

DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS IN YOUR BUILDING?

Yes! The restrooms are located on the same floor as our studio.

IS YOUR STUDIO BUILDING WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! Our studio building has elevator access when you enter the entrance of the building.

ARE FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED?

Yes. We do request that you pick up and clean after yourself.

​

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO SPACE?

Yes. Pets are allowed in the studio space but must be on a leash or cage when not being photographed.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?

Up to 25 people are allowed in the studio space. There will be an additional fee of $100 if the group exceeds 15 people.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RESCHEDULING POLICY?

We will allow a 1-time refund if you inform us 48 hours before your session time. Rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance or additional fees may apply.

​

I TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID ON THE DAY OF MY SESSION. CAN I RESCHEDULE?

If you or your client tested positive for Covid on the day of your session, please, email, text, or call us right away.
