** PLEASE NOTE, A PHOTOGRAPHER, VIDEOGRAPHER, AND BEAUTYLISWAY DOES NOT COME WITH THE STUDIO RENTAL. BRING YOUR OWN CAMERA OR HIRE A PHOTOGRAPHER/ VIDEOGRAPHER. Thank you! **
​When booking DreamLee Artistry, you agree to the following terms and conditions below. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact DLA (Email: Dreamleeartistry@gmail.com & Phone: 651.274.7011).

STUDIO ACCESS

DLA consists of a 1264 sq ft photo studio & 304 sq ft beauty studio called Beautylisway. Renter/Client will only have access to DLA. Renter/Client is prohibited to enter Beautylisway unless they have a makeup or hair appointment. Renter/Client will be asked to be respectful at any time Beautylisway has clients. Renter/Client understands that the DLA storage area and Beautylisway are restricted areas and must not be used as a changing room. If violated, a fee of $50 will be assessed.

BOOKED TIME / RESCHEDULING / CANCELATION

Renter/Client agrees that the time scheduled will include arriving on time, setting up, and cleaning up. A fee will apply if the Renter/Client goes over their booked time.

The Renter/Client understands that there will be a rescheduling fee of $50. However, this can be avoided if the Renter/Client creates a member account. By creating a member account, Renter/Client will be able to reschedule as many times as needed so long as DLA is available. DLA is not obligated to remind Renter/Client to reschedule their session if they decide to reschedule without having an account.

DLA understands that there may be unexpected events that happen. Therefore, a one-time refund is available if the Renter/Client informs DLA 48 hours in advance. By any means, if DLA is not informed 48 hours in advance, the Renter/Client understands that the paid amount will not be refunded.

ACCIDENTS / DAMAGES & LIABILITY / ADDITIONAL FEES

Although DLA does not require the Renter/Client to have insurance, it is strongly advised. DLA is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur at the time of booking or during the booked session. Adults or parents MUST always look after their children.

While in DLA, the Renter/Client agrees to clean up after themselves and place items back where they belong. If the studio space, studio furnitures, props, etc. are damaged/ lost/stolen, or the Renter/Client does not clean up after themselves, DLA has the right to charge the Renter/Client. 

 

The following fees may be applied. While other fees may not be listed, DLA will evaluate the situation and inform the Renter/Client of the fee with explanation.


·    $10 – Per props that are not put back into place

·    $10 - Lockbox code is not scrambled
·    $50 - No return/Lost or stolen keys
·    $100 - One-time fee for overtime into another reservation
·    $100 – Group of 15+ people
·    $350 – Excessive/Extreme fixtures; wall or floor damage (paint, holes, etc.), door damage, broken window, broken mirror, etc.
·    $$$ - Damage/lost/stolen props and items (will be evaluated based on prop/damage)

PAYMENT

The Renter/Client agrees to provide a valid credit card for payment and liability purposes. After assessing damages and notifying the renter of any claims, DLA reserves the right to charge the card on file for any fees needed to replace or repair items and cleaning costs. At any time, DLA is not able to charge the Renter/Client's credit card due to card deactivation, expired card, or insufficient amount, the Renter/Client will be notified and must make the payment. ALL INOVICES ARE DUE WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE FIRST INVOICE. Renter/Client will be given reminder via email and mobile text message regarding their invoice until all fees are paid. After two weeks, there will be an interest of 10% per week until the amount is paid off.

HARASSAMENT / VIOLENT / THREAT

At any time, DLA is informed of inappropriate behaviors or harassment, DLA reserves the right to end the session immediately and the individual or group will be banned from DLA. We ask that everyone is treated with respect and kindness as DLA gives everyone space to let their creativity spark. DLA does not tolerate nor support any form of inappropriate behavior.


In the case of a threat or if violent behavior occurs, we recommend you call 911 before informing DLA owners. Your safety and well-being are DLA’s priority. We want to make sure you have the best experience when booking DLA.​

WHAT IS ALLOWED IN DLA

·    Food and drinks
·    Pets (Must be on leash when not  being photographed & cleaned up afterwards)

·   Non-harmful, chemical free, and non-flammable props

​

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN DLA

·    Glitter

·    Confetti

·    Smoke bombs

·    Flammable items 

·    Dangerous weapons (knives, guns, etc.)

·    Outside shoes (Second pair or clean shoes must be used in the studio)

PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS

Please be aware that if you are hosting mini sessions at DLA, the building entrance doors are locked after business hours on weekdays and weekends. You are responsible for planning accordingly or bringing another party to help you open the door. DLA will not be present to assist you with opening the door for your clients.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

·    Disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer will be provided for your use during the shoot.

·    Must keep a distance of 6ft apart

·    If you or a client is sick, we ask that you have a mask on or reschedule

·    If the Renter/Client tested positive for COVID-19 on the day of the session, please contact DLA right away.

·    Bathrooms are located on the same level as the studio

·    Windows may be open; however, it must be closed when the session ends. It must remain closed if it's raining or snowing.
